Neglecting Blood Pressure Can lead to Heart Attack

One out of three American adults has high blood pressure. And the sad thing is that most of them are not even aware of it. This is what makes it dangerous. People may have it for years and not know it. High blood pressure does not have any clear-cut symptoms. They can easily be mistaken as symptoms of other diseases.
